Every morning at 5am, our herd is milked, and the fresh milk is taken straight to the creamery. There, we carefully separate the cream, pour it into the required pot sizes, and bake it gently to form the rich, golden crust that makes our clotted cream so special.

It’s cooled overnight and packed the next morning – ready to be delivered to our stockists and customers across the UK.
