Mincemeat and Apple Wreath with Brandy and Cognac Cream

This Mincemeat and Apple Wreath is easy to make and tastes lovely warm with our Brandy and Cognac Cream. Save it for later!

Ingredients
• 2 cans croissant dough
• 2 eating apples
• Half a jar of mincemeat
• 200g cream cheese
• 60g icing sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 120g chopped pecans

Method
1. Heat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and egg yolk.
3. Cut the croissant dough into 16 triangles and lay them in a circle on a tray.
4. Add the mincemeat, then half the cream cheese mix.
5. Slice the apples and add them on top.
6. Finish with the rest of the cream cheese and the pecans.
7. Fold the dough points over the filling.
8. Bake for about 25 minutes.

Best served warm with plenty of our Brandy and Cognac Pouring Cream. A proper cosy treat
